The Science of Scalable Empathy
Integrity Analytics was founded on a single premise: Compliance should not come at the cost of Player Experience.
For over a decade, our founders have worked at the intersection of data science and behavioral psychology to solve the iGaming industry’s most complex challenges.
From Vision to 97% Success
The blueprint for ReMind was drafted long before the current AI boom.
In 2020, while rolling out the award-winning Player Safety – Early Detection System (PS-EDS) at a Tier-1 operator, Karim Chikh and Dr. Maris Catania identified a critical gap:
the inability to conduct scalable, high-quality interventions for all at-risk players.
While the concept of an automated RG chatbot was envisioned then, the underlying technology had not yet met their rigorous standards for clinical accuracy and empathy. The emergence of Large Language Models (LLMs) in 2022 provided the necessary technological breakthrough.
In 2023, the founders officially began the specialized development of ReMind.
Following 18 months of intensive research, psychological modeling, and rigorous testing, ReMind is now live.
Today, ReMind delivers a 97% success rate in accurately detecting risk and maintaining clinical focus, ready to serve global operators as the first high-fidelity RG conversational agent.
